Example to move RibbonItem between RibbonPanels.
- ButtonA move the first RibbonItem from PanelA to PanelB.
- ButtonB move the first RibbonItem from PanelB to PanelA.
This is only visual, Revit still thinks the button is registered in the original RibbonPanel, on the Keyboard Shortcut the path of the RibbonItem is shown as the original RibbonPanel.
I don't have the knowledge if has other consequences than that.
