There are several timelines on the main page with fewer than 10 rows, including some with 0 rows and some with a blank number of rows. I wonder if the "thin" content linked prominently from the main page causes the site's reputation to be reduced in Google's eyes. In other words, I'm concerned that it hurts SEO and also may make humans feel that Timelines Wiki is less polished than it is.
From my inspection, 10 seems like a reasonable threshold -- timelines with more than 10 rows seem good enough to offer some positive value to readers. With that said, we may want to experiment with a higher threshold, such as 15 or 20.
We could also have a logic whereby any timeline with nonzero pay gets included, even if it has fewer rows; as of the time of writing this, the minimum value of (number of rows) across timelines with nonzero pay is 11. Which further justifies the threshold of 10.
A version of the table, that includes all timelines, can also be made available in a separate location for core wiki contributors to inspect.
