A UniBan Extension that builds a bridge between webhooks of IM service and your Minecraft server.
Designed for servers that are loacted in regions where the internet is strictly censored and the webhooks provided by IM services can not be reached directly.
Only Message Receiving function requires UniBan (1.2 or later, with Broadcast enabled)
