don't give a byte/xml mismatch warning where the byte matcher hasn't run

This bug affects warnings for Tika signatures.

Where a format has an xml signature and a byte signature (e.g. text/html), if the xml signature matches, then the byte matcher is skipped, but a warning is still given since the byte signature hasn't been matched.
