New setting under option "wait for ok" - turn this off for stutter free prints with duet electronics, on for all other electronics, requires a restart of print run to take effect.

New extrusion factor slider added - need to be running reprappro firmware 1.09 or above, or one of the other branch's DC42 or ZPL for this to work.

Few minor fixes to image references that caused errors when loading print run.
