Provides a base of a news articles on the new site main news pages. Although the site archive has lots, and lots of news article going way back. This just ensures that new visitors have at least some recent news to review
Introduces six news article, for each languate En, Es, Fr (Translations still needed) This ensures that we at least have some base content when we got live.
