menghubungkan backend dengan frontend

gimana caranya untuk menghubungkan backend yang sudah dibuat dengan cicool dan template frontend tertentu ?
ane udah coba edit file ./cc-content/themes/cicool/view/home.php
tapi asset² front end gak bisa ke load.. posisi asset udah bener

di console browser apa asset sudah terload ?
