This PR is a follow-up of #15 by @adavidzh.

  • Adds a new "fancy" style using unicode character "±" instead of "+-"
  • Removes the space behind the "±" or "+-" for consistency.
  • Drops python 2.7 tests as there are no longer supported by the "setup-python" GH action.
  • Adjust tests.
