Folder path will not work

Have tried manually putting in the "steam mods" folder path to the correct one that leads to the steam folder with the numbers "43041122". The thing keeps auto putting it back to "\ludeon studios\ rimworld by ludeon studios\config"
Because of this, i can't seem to use this program .

tried going into the config.ini and changing it to "D:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100" as well, however it didn't seem to change a thing.
