issue1　#1 とも関係するお話。

現状

ピクチャサイズがツクールMVデフォルトである816x624を超える、あるいは、それより小さい場合は、
画像が途切れてしまう問題がある

対応方針

こちらはSpriteを表示しているだけなので、拡大率・縮小率さえ編集すれば対応できそう
