Remove hard coded aspect ratio and rays per pixel values from shaders #2

The ray samples per pixel setting and camera aspect ratio are currently hard coded in the shaders. They need to be moved either be provided through the kernel dimensions (will require restructuring of shader execution) or through a memory buffer.
