fix(source): Bump avro to support default for bytes/fixed/decimal

What's changed and what's your intention?

Fixed 2 issues in the forked avro library when Schema::parse_str on a schema containing default:

• "type": "bytes", "default": "\u00ff" shall be 1 byte of [0xff] rather than 2 bytes of [0xc3, 0xbf] (utf8) risingwavelabs/avro@e1c6366
• "type": "bytes", "logicalType": "decimal", "precision": 10, "default": "\u00ff" shall default to -1. risingwavelabs/avro@a42532e
