Bump arrow-udf-flight to fix deps. Wait for @wangrunji0408 to release a new version.

Just FYI: tonic 0.12 has released and it's now on hyper 1. Wait for apache/arrow-rs#6041.

Simply bumped arrow version to v52 and tonic version to v0.11.
