Bug fix for lunar pickups
Fixed SurvivorIndexes, node names
Since SurvivorIndex must be set correctly to work now, these functions should make using SurvivorAPI a lot easier.

R2API requires some changes that need to be done early, that's why this project now has a MonoMod component. Files in the MonoMod project are name references to the R2API files that require those changes.
