Institutions: Drop-down list for 510$i

In Institutions: We have $i in 510 for Relationship information. It's a free-text field and the guidelines give some suggestions. The field might be easier to use if this were a drop-down list and more explicitly aligned with the RDA Agent Properties (https://www.rdaregistry.info/Elements/a/).
For example, encode rdaa:P50008 "has hierarchical superior" for Hierarchical superior

We can display whatever we want, in any language. The important thing is that we use the codes from this list.
