SimpleBox4plastic xl4plastic_v4.0.4

This release also replaces SimpleBox4nano.
The SimpleBox4nano xl4nano version will not be updated further. The same calculations can be done with the SimpleBox4plastics model. Note that further development of SimpleBox will focus on the new R version, fixes will still be included for now.

SimpleBox4plastic initial release

SimpleBox4plastic is based on SimpleBox4.02-nano
This a version of SimpleBox is extended for use with 3 additional species:

1. nano or microparticles
2. nano or microparticles aggregated with natural colloids
3. nano or microparticles attached to coarse natural particles

Main change to the existing 4nano version is inclusion of a fragmentation rate constant.
