  • 👋 Hi there! I’m Riya, a Computer Science student at Carnegie Mellon University's School of Computer Science. I am pursuing a concentration in Machine Learning.
  • 💼 This past summer, I was a Software Engineer Intern at Bloomberg, where I helped develop scalable client workflows on the Bloomberg Terminal in the Foreign Exchange (FX) space. I am excited to return to Bloomberg for summer 2024!
  • 💻 In the past, I worked in academia, contributing to the machine learning and natural language processing fields. I was a research intern at San Diego State University, Stanford University, and Fremont STEM (a research facility).
  • 💜 Passionate about increasing diversity in tech, ethical ML, and solving challenging problems. And, badminton!
