To run the script, you need to make sure you have the following:

  1. Python: Ensure that you have Python installed on your system. You can download the latest version of Python from the official Python website: https://www.python.org/downloads/

  2. CSV File: Prepare a CSV file containing the relevant data. In this case, make sure the CSV file includes the following columns: 'From: (Name)', 'To: (Name)', 'Date'. Update the filename variable in the code to match the filename and path of your CSV file.

  3. Required Libraries: Install the necessary libraries if they are not already installed. In this script, we are using csv and matplotlib. You can install them using pip, the Python package installer. Open a terminal or command prompt and run the following commands:

    pip install csv
    pip install matplotlib

  4. Code Execution: Copy the updated code provided above into a Python script file (e.g., script.py) using a text editor or integrated development environment (IDE).

  5. Run the Script: Open a terminal or command prompt, navigate to the directory where the script file is located, and run the script by executing the following command:

    python script.py

Make sure to replace script.py with the actual filename of your Python script.

The script should execute, read the CSV file, and generate the bar chart showing the top senders and receivers based on the number of emails sent and received.

Please note that you may need to customize the code further based on the structure and column names in your CSV file.
