I am using a tool built on top of bear. It expects "output" field in the entries output by bear. However, the bear version I use does not do that. I checked bear manual and found they keep changing the output format.

Could you tell me which version of bear has "output" field in the entries or how to make bear produce "output" field in the entries? I really appreciate your help.

Hey @bofeng17 , thanks for the request. There is no version which produces the output field in the output.

It can be added easily. But I'm traveling this month, so won't have time to work on it. PR is welcome.

Hey @bofeng17 , the current devel branch has a version which emits the output field if available. Please test it if you can and give me some feedback how usable it is.

It might stay as is, but most likely it will be available with a flag. (So you can control to get this field in the output or not.)
