Monitoring has been stopped after the latest update, please check

Hi, the monitoring of contacts which was working very well before the update has been stopped since the new has been rolled out. Start monitoring feature is not working anymore.

dear rizwan the steps are not clear to me since i am not so tech savvy however i could explain my problem maybe you could suggest me a better option, after the 1.4 update the contact i want to monitor is not being logged despite that contact is online but still it does not show that the contact is online, 1.3 version was working perfectly but this 1.4 is not please help brother. Thank You
