Chrome extension stopped working #21

Hi, your great chrome extension stopped working today, the function to save the csv of the history keep downloading the same file and not the updated version, yesterday after the update the extension was working.

on newest edge or chrme, after pressing start, the contact doesnt show as Red... and when goes online, nothing is grabbed.

Yes we have the same problem, with the new version of chrome the extension doesn't record the data, like it get stuck the time it start. I think that if you restart chrome the same error will show.

Is there any error can you explain in detail difference b/w previous CSV downloader and new CSV downloader

I checked now in windows Chrome it's working with no problems.

Please uninstall previous and install new extension

ok, i will check the chrome instance post restart, but an idea why the edge+windows stopped working in new version?

I tried again with chrome, even reinstalling chrome and extension but the extension still doesn't work, when i click start the button goes red but not the contact and if i click again the extension the button is green like the extension doesn't even started recording.
If i try to download the csv it download a file with the time i first started the extension, after for example ten minutes, it keeps downloading me the same file with the wrong date. I don't know why this happen, because 2 days ago after you relased the new update (with the new classes) the extension was working great.

Chrome is not the problem, i tried with the older version and with a 2017 version and the extension still doesn't work

Is there any difference in github copy and what you are using. I presume not..

Solution 1: Force Stop and Reopen Chrome

Solution 2: Keep Chrome Up to Date

Solution 3: Delete Cache and Cookies

Solution 4: Reset Browser Settings

Solution 5: Remove and Install Faulty Extension

Solution 6: Stop Hardware Acceleration

Solution 7: Reinstall Google Chrome

Google start deprecated some chrome api may be for this reason

i used another Windows from downloading zip from github repo

have you used zip or repo folder

Used the Zip folder, and used that. but it isn't working...

Tried new install on chromium on mac and that also didn't work, neither windows... both newest chrome versions.

FWIW, the plugin never starts to gather when clicked start, shows green when clicked again and shows like this.

online.js:142 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null
    at online.js:142

setTimeout (async)

I guess the css or tags changed on whatsapps side?

i Have cheked tag is correct from console i changed color into blue

Chrome Extension is Updated Again with Cross Platform Notification e.g. Android(No need to Install any App)

Please Checkout Again Maybe your issue has been solved

No still no notifications - and csv is blank, even though I can see status online/offline while checking it.

Send your Os version and chrome version

I have checked in 3 notebook in that nothing problem I faced any issue.

OSX 10.14.6 - Chrome 80.0.3987.149, which i think s all newest. btw this didn't work on win 7 and newest chrome also...

Windows 7 newest chrome is behaving same see console.
Capture ext 4
What else to check more.. so that i bring those to you on email..

So, This is working mostly for people who have not hidden there status. 2 users it seems to have worked and 1 didn't. main window became showing name in red. for these.
Pls check the issue.
