Question on Phone numbers in Chrome Extension

This isn't really a bug, U suppose, but can anyone explain me what exactly need to filled out in the form?

To start trhacking I persue following steps:

1. starting whatapp web
2. click the extension
   2a. leave the "Notification key" blank
   2b.pleas sounds = once
   2c: Auto Save CSV: 120 min
   2d. Click green OK button

I don't key in the phone number, as on the online version (https://whatsappanalysis.in/online) this generates and error message: Not Found Please use extension First on this Contact. Is this required to fill out? If yes, what's the formatting to be used? I've tryed 2 digits for international code + then 9 digits of the phone number (no spaces, but no luck

1. Does in your desktop show any online notification or in CSV it means person is online after click ok green button you need to open chat of person just open chat 2. If you are getting history in CSV and website still showing please use extension then there was issue Solution After click ok open chat of person which you want to track. If you are getting sound notification or CSV shows online history just set 2 after two min download CSV. Thanks & regards RIZWAN AHMAD

Thanks for your swift reply!

I've played a little bit with both the chrome version (via extension) and the Windows version. As with the chrome version I need to re-apply the extension a couple of time to have it working - I see people coming online in the whatsapp web, clicked on several contacts, but still the CSV remains empty when downloading is... likely I do something wrong, but no idea where. (could be I don't fill out the extension well?)

So I decided to go ahead with the windows version (exe), which does log ppl coming online. The only issue I have there is, when minimizing the screen, either online activity of contacts isn't written in the log (online History) or the timeframes when they were online isn't correct (f.e. the log mentions online from 9h00 to 9h20, whereas whatsapp web shows 9h00 to 9h05.

Any idea if this a known issue?
