Added a Maven pom.xml so that txtmark can contribute its jar to a Maven repository.
I wanted to use this at work but my company insist on Maven, so I've added a pom.xml which Maven users can use. I've tested it and it works ok
$ mvn package
I understand if you don't want to pull this.
