Two small changes.
A debug statement was commented out. It was generating noise in our logs
Due to something in the distzilla build environment a README file wasn't being added to the package. A test to ensure that the boilerplate was removed was failing on the missing file. This removes the unnecessary test. If someone cares that only README.mkdn makes it to the distribution build they can take a closer look.
