Dynamic FDG PET clustering

This repository holds the codes and some additional info from paper "Segmentation of dynamic total-body [¹⁸F]-FDG PET images using unsupervised clustering". Files Jaccard30.csv and ProcessingTimes30.csv include the Jaccard indices and running times of the tested methods for all 30 test images. File VoxelInfo.csv contains the number of voxels and their proportion of all voxels used in clustering from each of the 30 images.
