First time users: after they install an action should appear to install Git Mob #9

The npm package needs to be installed globally to get started.

If Git Mob is not found then provide an action to install it. Maybe provide a button under the title which triggers an npm i -g git-mob or print the command out to the view.

The solution for now is to use the preinstall hook in npm package.json to install the latest version of git-mob
