It would be nice to do this for rkt and provide them in dist/ or whatever so that packagers can easily leverage them:
https://github.com/spf13/cobra/blob/master/bash_completions.md

We could ship them in the release tarball too.

When running bash as a regular user (not root), we first need to fix #1452.

#1452 was merged. This bug should be revisited.
