Package from sgdot has been integrated to the webapp so that one can select a set of node coordinates by clicking on the map and create a sgdot.grids.Grid() object that can then be optimized using the opt.nr_optimization method. The output of the optimization is uploaded to the nodes and links databases and the nodes and links are drawn on the map.
