Missing libappindicator3-1 during the drawio installation part.
Found on #13 (comment).

Currently, we use the debian:latest as docker base image, and bullseye is the new latest.
bullseye doesn't support the package libappindicator anymore, but the drawio debian package still needs it.

So we need to use debian:buster for now
