Spectral Cluster Supertree Release Notes

First release of sc-supertree, the package has now been published on PyPI!

Line-separated Newick formatted source trees can be loaded from file with this package's load_trees function, or constructed using cogent3's make_tree.

The Spectral Cluster Supertree algorithm can be run in Python with the construct_tree function.

Alternatively, the scs CLI can be used to construct supertrees from the terminal.
