This pre-release corresponds to the SoftwareX 2nd submissions:
- Bug fixes
- New way of setting the normal distribution by inputting a proportion of agents that would be affected
- Genocide is now called decimation
- Invasion is split in settlement and immigration
- Rendering of the pixels have changed
- New response variables that gives the number of cultures with more than 3 agents
- evs_file for the batch mode is available
- user manual has been updated as well
Stable version to run collapse and genocide
This version was used to run the experiments of the collapse and the genocide. If you want to replicate those results, you should use this release of CulSim
CulSim
This pre-release corresponds to the SoftwareX 1st submission, and contains:
- A graphical user interface to explore the emergence of cultures has been included
- Interfaces for running several repetitions
- Clean and documented code of all classes
- Only relevant models remain in the code
- A command-line to use the software on servers
- Introduction of drastic events and combination of them
- Plots to track response variables
- I/O management for simulation states, configurations and events
- Response variables to compare the similarity between to states of the the simulation
