Version 0.0.1

This is version 0.0.1 which implements the basis of the idea of building out the data structure for the graph and then using e-charts to provide the visualisation. The next version will change the visualisation approach to use GraphViz. Following this we will create a Javascript front end for this. But first we will create a command line version of the idea.
