This is the companion repository for the article Sending Output from Inspire Scaler to Apache Kafka posted on my personal website. For additional context, please see the article.
The article assumes that the following software is properly installed and configured on the machine being used.
- Java 11 JDK
- Inspire Scaler R14 GA or later
- Apache Kafka 2.3 or later
- Docker 18.09.2 or later (optional)
If a Kafka installation is not available, see Using the Docker Demo Environment in a related post for details on creating one in Docker.
