Docs for building w/o tensorflow (thanks @fabricionaweb again)
Additional config param to better match unsupported guessing environments (will prevent panics regardless of SNIPS_ENABLEGUESSER + build flag combo)
Fallback is marked as plaintext instead of fallback


          config param for guess support, docs and minor tweaks
