Add Range for VW ID

A number of versions back the range entity is no longer available for the ID (or at least my ID.3). Note the Tronity integration range sensor is working.

Something is very funny about your vehicle.
I've compared your ID.3 with another ID.3 that I have, and yours is again missing one parameter. :)

I'll see how I can workaround it in the right way. :)
