This release is mainly for fixing an issue with the proof-of-stake target readjustment. The goal is to have a block every 2 minutes, so that the chain will be working properly again for a listing on an exchange.

Sadly, the code hasn't been tested properly, due to the lack of a testnet.

Please download and install this version before block 400.000.
