Remove empty ShadowTextPaint

The implementation of ShadowPaint#measureText doesn't process text width correctly, and it can't be moved to ctesque. And ShadowPaintTest#measureTextActuallyMeasuresLength tests does the same thing that ShadowTextPaintTest does, so it's safe to remove ShadowTextPaintTest.
