Update the
ResourcesManagerconfiguration when applying qualifiersThis configuration is used to initialize new activity configurations. The
ResourcesManager#applyConfigurationToResourcesinternally updates the system resources and allResourceImpls that are associated with theResourcesManager, so this might be a more appropriate method to use instead, leaving as a TODO.
