Add support for additional connection states in ShadowBluetoothHeadset
This allows clients of ShadowBluetoothHeadset to add and remove devices to the profile in a specific connection state, similar to the functionality that
ShadowBluetoothA2dpsupports. Previously, clients were only able to add connected devices, making it impossible to test other connection states.
