Use macos12 to run graphics test #8261

For #8260.

@hoisie Before M1 environment has been updated, I decide to switch to use macos runner provided by GitHub Actions to make graphics test work as temporary solution.

Nice, thanks for doing this. For some reason my M1 Mini got unplugged. It's started up again and accepting jobs. Maybe we can run the graphics tests on both self-hosted (for M1) and the MacOS-12 runner (x86_64).

@hoisie Maybe we can move some tests to M1as graphics test work fine on macos12 runner?
