added --version switch to pull both github and CMake version information as well as log the Version info into the log file

running with --version now produces:

$ ./trunk-recorder --version

	commit 2685d3b87001b1e4a1d6c3c136a94885f586882e (master)
	describe 2.1.2-1397-g2685d3b

	matched the VERSION with the version in the README file

and the log file will now log the following:

2022-05-16 11:35:02.442817] (info)   Trunk-Recorder: Version: 4.3.2
