* Download the latest robotpy-ctre whl from https://www.tortall.net/~robotpy/wheels/2017/
* Copy the whl to your RoboRIO using WinSCP/scp or equivalent
* ssh in to the RoboRIO and run ``pip3 install robotpy_ctre*.whl``
