Implementing the decode routine to be used on the STM32F103C8T6 (Bluepill), the codes uses semi-hosting to write results to the hosting computer.
Download all files and run the "xargo build" command from the designated project directory. To view output of code run a debug session on the device with launch configs set to either "Debug" or "Release" mode. Requires an active Open-OCD connection to the device in order to recieve the resulting decoded string.
