Test suite fails (if Types::Common::Numeric is too old?) (v1.0.0, v1.0.1) #1

On some of my smokers the t/01-simple.t test fails:

Could not find sub 'IntRange' exported by Types::Common::Numeric at t/01-simple.t line 5.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/01-simple.t line 5.
t/01-simple.t ................ 
Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00)
No subtests run 

Statistical analysis suggests that this happens if Types::Common::Numeric is too old:
