this works fine with davdroid, but with thunderbird I end up with the following debug output: parse error: only one Dtend or Duration allowed in event while parsing calendar -- maybe we need to relax the parser/validator a bit to accomodate thunderbird

e.g. we could check the invariant dtstart + duration = dtend and drop either duration or dtend to adhere to the specification
