optimize support set visibility(public/private/friend) for post #97 user stars/collections update when post visibility changed
database level config use human string to set

pr特性：

在推文可见性修改后，同步更新关联用户的收藏/点赞列表;
用户收藏/点赞只能列出非私密推文；
任何用户都不能收藏/点赞私密推文；
推文又非私密转为私密后，会从用户的收藏/点赞列表消失，重新转为非私密后恢复到原来的用户收藏/点赞列表中，推文的收藏/点赞记录会一直保存，直到推文被物理删除；
