支持直接把Web UI资源嵌入到可执行文件，方便部署(只需要一个可执行文件+配置文件就可以完成前端、后端部署)。
考虑到有可能需要内嵌Web UI资源，顺手把API接口版本化，这也方便以后进行版本化API接口按需调用。
