being able to export the current configuration (config.json + DB content + webHooksDB + Cards imgs + uploads dir).
being able to import a configuration. (Use the tmp dir to store and extract the archive)
new entry in the circular-menu.
After an import the process should respawn (use https://github.com/mafintosh/respawn )
