DOC: Add Suite2p example notebook [replacement] #120

PR #84 became a mess which I couldn't fix without making a new PR. This replaces, and hence closes #84.

Add a Python 3.6 job installing numpy into a conda env and
running both sima and suite2p.

No other jobs can run suite2p because it requires a conda install
for numpy.

The Python 3.6 job without using conda was bumped to cron/release
only, since we have a Python 3.6 job using conda now.
