Version 0.6.5 is a quick patch release to fix the Python version metadata on PyPI, indicating that Python 3.8 is supported.

This isn't necessary because we didn't include python_requires in our metadata for 0.6.x. The Trove indicators aren't actually used by PyPI to determine which version of python is required.
